Activehead works closely with our client’s throughout the duration of their projects to provide the best solutions for their business needs. We initially meet with the client to prepare a needs assessment and define the purpose and goals of the project. After determining the purpose we begin developing project specifications and project plans. At this point, we can develop a time frame as well as an estimate for development costs. After the specifications and working plan for the project have been approved by the client we can begin development.
During the development of the project, we keep the client continually involved with prototypes and versioned releases of the product to a staging area where the client can test the application and provide feedback. Before launching the application to production we work with the client and provide training and assistance for the staff involved. When the solution is launched, we continually monitor it for any problems that may arise. After the solution is in production we continue to work with the client to offer any new features or changes to the application as time progresses.
